Before the Rays/Blue Jays game on March 29 in Saint Petersburg, Fla., 97-year-old Joe Lactot was honored as the veteran of the game by the Tampa Bay Rays and 5-year-old Henry Walsh, who was attending his first ever baseball game. Joe is a member of American Legion Post 104 in Pinellas Park, Fla.
